As an IT Administrator (m/f/d) in the Endpoint Management department, you will be responsible for the efficient management and further development of our endpoint and application landscape. With your expertise, you will ensure a secure and seamless IT infrastructure that lays the foundation for our successful IT operations.

Your Responsibilities as an IT Administrator – Endpoint Management (m/f/d) at Netpoint

• Administration and further development of our Microsoft Intune environment—including the configuration and management of policies, applications, and device profiles.
• You will implement and integrate new solutions to optimize our endpoint management infrastructure.
• With custom PowerShell scripts, you can automate recurring tasks and boost efficiency.
• Responsibility for the entire application lifecycle—from packaging and deployment to updates and the decommissioning of applications that are no longer needed.
• Support and further development of key Azure services such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Teams, M365 apps, and Azure Virtual Desktop—together with your team.
• Analysis, resolution, and documentation of issues related to Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and reports on performance, security, and system availability.

What you bring to the role of IT Administrator – Endpoint Management (m/f/d)

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, a comparable degree, or several years of professional experience in the IT field.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune administration and modern endpoint management.
• Excellent knowledge of PowerShell, ideally with proven experience in automating complex IT processes.
• Experience in endpoint security and compliance is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English (at least B2 level).
• A strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
