Netpoint GmbH employs around 100 people at its main site in Mönchengladbach, Germany, as well as at its other sites in Mobile, Alabama and San Luis Potosi, Mexico.

Our Support, Consulting, Operations and Development departments master the daily challenges of the core business.

Your tasks:

1st Line

  • You are the first point of contact for a customer's employees regarding IT-related inquiries
  •  Management of incidents via our central ticket system (ServiceNow)
  •  Fault monitoring
  •  System monitoring

2nd Line

  • You are the contact person for our customers regarding IT-related inquiries
  • Management & resolution of incidents via our central ticket system (ServiceNow)
  • Independent solution search with the support of colleagues from the central service desk

Onsite Support

  • You are the first point of contact on site for our customers regarding IT-related inquiries
  • Management & resolution of incidents via our central ticket system (ServiceNow)
  • Independent solution search with the support of colleagues from the central service desk

Your expertise:

  • Completed training or studies in the IT field
  • Experience in complex server and network systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
  • Independent and proactive way of working, pleasure in dealing with customers
  • very good German and good English skills
