As an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) – 1st Level & Onsite, you’ll be our IT hero in our day-to-day B2B operations.
As the first point of contact for IT inquiries from our business customers, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, whether at the first level or on-site.
You will handle tickets, monitor systems, and quickly resolve issues when they arise.

Your Responsibilities as an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) – 1st Level & Onsite
1st Line Support
- At the Service Desk at our Mönchengladbach location, you will be the first point of contact for IT support requests from our business customers.
- You record incidents via the central ticket system (ServiceNow) and maintain an overview.
- You will also handle more complex IT inquiries independently and with a focus on finding solutions.
- You recognize faults at an early stage through active system monitoring and initiate appropriate measures.
Jumper
- You are willing to step in as a substitute during shifts to support the team in the event of vacations, illness, or other absences, thereby ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Onsite Support
- On-site support for our customers.
- Fault analysis and independent troubleshooting.
- Collaboration with the Service Desk.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role of IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) – 1st Level & Onsite
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in IT and have some experience in first- or second-level support.
- You have experience working with ticket systems (ideally ServiceNow).
- You are familiar with server and network systems and have a good understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and the common Microsoft 365 applications round off your technical know-how.
- You enjoy customer contact - you communicate in a clear, friendly manner and can convey technical content in an understandable way.
- You have a very good command of German and English.
What we also expect from you
- Flexibility to step in as a substitute during early, late, or night shifts—for example, when a team member is on vacation or sick.
- Willingness to provide on-site support to our customers.
