Your Responsibilities as a Sales Manager – New Business Development (m/f/d)
- Reaching out to potential new customers via phone, email, social media, and events is part of your daily routine.
- You will develop strategies for acquiring new customers, implement them in a targeted manner, and contribute your own ideas.
- During sales calls, you analyze customer needs, present suitable solutions, and convince decision-makers with clear arguments.
- You carefully prepare for contract negotiations, conduct them with confidence, and successfully bring deals to a close.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships comes naturally to you.
- You create customized quotes and presentations tailored to the specific needs of your prospective clients.
- You analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize your activities.
- You keep an eye on market trends and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities early on.
- You will report regularly to sales management on your activities and results.
- Working closely with marketing, product management, and your sales colleagues, you will ensure that customer needs are met in the best possible way.
Your profile for the position of Sales Manager – New Customer Acquisition (m/f/d) at Netpoint
What you bring to the table
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business administration, marketing, or sales.
- Several years of sales experience at an IT service provider, ideally with a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor during sales calls and negotiations.
- A high degree of initiative, a strong focus on results, and an eye for market opportunities.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Basic knowledge of SAP CRM and other sales tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

- Proficiency in applying modern sales approaches through traditional outbound channels such as phone and email, as well as digital methods such as social selling, lead generation, and targeted outreach via social media platforms.
